Every day across the world we develop the ideas, services and products that make life easier for millions of customers. From providing Earth’s biggest selection of products to developing ground-breaking software and devices that change entire industries, Amazon is a place of invention and progressive thinking. Amazon is continually evolving and is a place where motivated employees thrive and employee ownership and accountability lead to meaningful results.
We’re looking for the best graduates , analytical and entrepreneurial thinkers, who like to be challenged and are able to keep pace in a fast moving business. In return we’ll give you real responsibility and hands-on training and support to help you succeed.
More about us
All Amazon teams and businesses, from Prime delivery to Amazon Web Services, are guided by four key tenets: customer obsession rather than competitor focus, passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and long-term thinking.
We are driven by the excitement of building technologies, inventing products, and providing services that transform the way our customers live their lives and run their businesses.
What unites Amazonians across teams and geographies is that we are all striving to delight our customers and make their lives easier. The scope and scale of our mission drives us to seek diverse perspectives, be resourceful, and navigate through ambiguity. Inventing and delivering things that were never thought possible isn't easy, but we embrace this challenge every day.
How do we select?
Our application and interview process differs from role to role, but the main ways we get to know you are through your online application, phone or video interviews, and in-person interviews. Our interview process is rooted in our Leadership Principles. These Principles define our culture and outline the behaviours that are key to thriving at Amazon.
