Our Selection Process

The process will be rigorous, but we are looking for the best. If you feel you are have what it takes, we look forward to receiving your application.

  1. Application Form – The next step will be to complete an online application form. This gives you a chance to tell us a little about you, including your work experience, qualifications, and key strengths. The graduate recruitment team will review your application and if you meet the criteria you will be invited to the next stage.
  2. Online Assessment – During this stage, you will be invited to complete an online assessment which consists of behavioural, numerical and verbal questions, finishing with a video interview where you will record your responses to a series of questions. The assessment should take approximately 45 minutes to complete.
  3. Assessment Centre - Our final stage of the assessment process allows us to get to know you in person. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your relevant skills and abilities through participating in an interview, a presentation and a group exercise. During the assessment centre, you’ll also be invited to attend our Graduate Programme Networking Event where you’ll be introduced to our company culture. This is a great opportunity to meet people from DCC and ask any questions you may have.
