Our Selection Process

At DCC, we are looking for the future talent for our businesses. The graduate selection process has been designed to let you show us if you’re what we are looking for in our graduates. We will be making offers to successful candidates in April/May 2023, and our graduates will start with us in September 2023.

The process will be rigorous, but we are looking for the best. If you feel you are have what it takes, we look forward to receiving your application.

  1. Registration - The first stage of the process is an online registration form, which will ask you for your details and determine if you meet our minimum entry requirements. The registration form will also capture the stream to which you are applying. Once the registration is complete, you will have your own account area that will guide you through the next stages of the selection process.
  2. Application Form - The second stage of the process will be to complete an online application form, giving details of your work experience, qualifications and key strengths. The Graduate Programme recruitment team will review the information you have provided, and if you meet the criteria we are looking for, you will be invited to the next stage of the process. Applications for 2023 Graduate Programme are now open.
  3. Online Tests - If you are successful at the application stage of the process, you will be invited to participate in the online testing stage of the selection process. This stage of the selection process involves three short tests, designed to test your numerical, deductive and inductive reasoning skills. We will be asking candidates to participate in the online test stage starting January 2023.
  4. Telephone Interview - Should you pass the online test, you will be invited to a telephone interview. This interview will last approximately 30 minutes, and there will be a mixture of questions. If you have indicated to us that you have a second language, part of the interview may be conducted in that language. Telephone interviews will be conducted in February 2023. Once your interview is complete, your results will be reviewed and if you have met our requirements, you will be invited to the final stage of the process.
  5. Assessment Centre - The final stage of the selection process is to attend an assessment centre with us. The assessment centre is designed to allow you to demonstrate your relevant skills and abilities in a number of different ways. Throughout the day, you will meet representatives from our companies to learn more about what it means to be part of DCC. The assessment centre will take place in March 2023.
