The recruitment process
Successful candidates will be contacted to schedule an online interview via Microsoft Teams. The interview will consist of interview style questions as well as some basic accounting style questions and will end with a demonstration of the candidates technical skills via screenshare.
If the candidates are successful in the first round of interviews, they will be contacted to arrange a second in person interview with one of the firm's partners. Following the second interview, successful candidates will be offered a trainee position with the firm.

Personal development
Initially, you will commence on a broad form of work including financial planning, recording and maintaining VAT filings, Forensic Accounting, Corporation Tax workings, Income Taxes, Insurance, Pensions, CGT calculations and UK tax.
As you advance, you can specialise in your preferred area. This is an opportunity to develop your own skills as well as learning new ones from the vast number of jobs you will be involved in.
