Our Graduate Development Programme 2025

Our Graduate Development Programme is open to all new and recently qualified graduates, with a Level 8 degree on the NFQ Framework or above and a minimum result of 2:1 (expected or attained).

We need graduates from all disciplines. This includes graduates from:

  • Engineering
  • IT
  • Cyber security
  • Economics
  • Business and finance
  • General

Our general graduate stream is open to all disciplines including physics, biology, mathematics, arts and more

What’s in it for you?

  • A two year programme with three rotations across our business (with limited non-rotational placements available, which you can express interest for at application stage).
  • An assigned mentor for support and guidance.
  • A permanent position following a review at the end of the programme.
