About the Guidewire Basecamp Graduate and Intern Program

Designed through research from our own former interns and graduate level employees, Guidewire Basecamp is the entry level program that all our interns and graduates become a part of when they walk through our doors. Through this program we give students and graduates the tools to leap further and confidently navigate their careers.

We hire interns across all our business areas. So, whatever your skillset, we have an internship program that will challenge and develop your current capabilities. As an intern, you'll have real responsibility from day one, working on real projects learning from the brightest minds, while getting to know a diverse group of interns globally.

This year we are seeking out top IT/Computer Science graduates with strong core software development skills to develop them as Guidewire Consultants to become part of our Professional Services or Product development teams. We hire great people who build outstanding products through a rational and sustainable development process based on Agile principles.
