Who We Are

Irish Life is Ireland’s only integrated financial and health services group, serving over 1.6 million people and leading in pensions, investments, protection, and health insurance—driven by global expertise, community commitment, and sustainability ambitions.

Irish Life holds a unique position in Ireland as the only financial group servicing the health and financial needs of people and corporates, through a leading range of pensions and investments, income and life protection, and health insurance.

Our vision is to be the driving force behind Ireland’s financial, physical and mental wellbeing. Whether it's making investing simpler, health and wellness easier or retirement plans clearer, Irish Life help more people in Ireland to enjoy a better life today and build better futures.

Our Impact

We have relationships with over 1.6 million people – that’s 1 in every 3 adults in Ireland. While we’re also the chosen partner for Ireland’s 10 largest local companies, and 28 of the 30 largest multinational employers based in Ireland.

We support and help communities right across Ireland in a range of meaningful ways – for example sponsoring the Irish Life Dublin Marathon and Irish Life GAA Healthy Clubs program, and our support for a wide range of initiatives including our Staff Charities, which champion local and national charities.

We’re also playing our part when it comes to sustainability - through sustainable investing and our commitment to a future with net zero operations and net zero asset management. In 2019 we opened a new customer service centre in Dundalk, the building is Near Zero Energy Building (NZEB) and achieved a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) gold standard in January 2020, and with the redevelopment of our landmark primary office in Abbey Street, Dublin 1, to a NZEB building (re-opening in 2026), we’ll provide modern working environments for our people’s wellbeing, all the while supporting the delivery of our net-zero ambitions.
