Graduate Programmes

We are a growing complex organisation and we are looking for future leaders to join our Graduate Talent Programme across a variety of specialist streams. You will get the opportunity to build your personal brand and engage with a wide range of stakeholders. As a participant on our Graduate Talent Programme you’ll gain a deep understanding of how Irelands National Water Utility works and develop a broad understanding of the impact we make to people’s lives.

The Recruitment Process

We want to get to know you and discover what skills and experience you can bring to Uisce Éireann. Here is what you can expect from the recruitment process:

Apply by sending your CV to careers@water.ie by November 6th 2023, stating the title and reference number of the stream you are applying for in the subject line of your email. Please also answer the following questions in your email:

Do you have the legal right to work in Ireland for the period of the programme you are applying for? If you require a visa to work for the duration of the programme, please confirm the type of visa you intend to apply for.
Are you interested in any Graduate Programme Stream other than the one you are applying for? If so, please advise which other stream(s) you would be interested in.
