The Recruitment Process

We want to discover what skills and experience you can bring to Uisce Éireann. Here is what you can expect from the recruitment process:

We want to get to know you! Apply here Uisce Éireann Careers (water.ie) and give us some details about yourself, your degree & your experience.
Psychometric tests: These are objective assessments that we use to assess your cognitive abilities and behaviours to gain a better understanding of your potential in Uisce Éireann.
If you pass the psychometric tests you will be invited to a 30 minute interview and a 15 minute presentation.
We will be making offers and providing feedback as soon as possible after the interviews.
