COVID19 updates from Jameson:
PODCAST
Albert Einstein once said, “In the middle of every difficulty lies opportunity” and although we find ourselves in uncertain times is there a way to turn this to our advantage? Sinéad D’Arcy, Head of the Jameson International Graduate Programme had a chat on that very subject with Alex Gibson & other colleagues of his from TUD for a recent podcast focused on How to Turn Adversity to Advantage for students & recent graduates. The piece is hosted by Alex Gibson & can be accessed as a podcast on The Persuaders..
BLOGS
As a graduate employer we know that this is an anxious time for students & as a team we have been looking at ways we can support. We will be publishing a series of blogs. The first of which is focused on Taking Control in Uncertain Times & can be accessed on Linkedin. We are working on developing a dedicated section on our website to house this & future blogs.
SUPPORT
Also, we have been working as a team to develop support for our own graduates & launched an initiative called Staying Connected to do just that. The programme focuses on three key areas which are important at any time as a professional but in particular at this time as we all adapt to the new reality of working from home. These areas are: 1. Communications 2. Well-Bring (Mental & Physical) & 3. Self-Development. As part of this programme check out how to set your home workspace up for success with Podge or breathing techniques to help ground you and centre you with Gillian.
