Our Co-op/Internship Benefits include:

If your application is selected for one of our co-op roles, the recruitment process begins with a HR phone screen with a member of our Recruiting team. If the team chooses to progress with your application following the HR phone screen, the next round will be a final-round interview with members of the hiring team.

Hardware sustainability initiatives include:

Hardware recycling when SRA-owned equipment reaches the end of its service life:

-Devices that are physically damaged or too old to be of practical use are sent to an e-waste recycler.

-Devices that are still functional and in good condition are donated to a local charity that refurbishes hardware for use by disadvantaged groups.

-Prior to recycling or donating, all device storage is securely erased and returned to "factory state". Removable storage is taken out of the device and re-used as spare parts.
