1. From what disciplines/courses are you looking to recruit from?
We are actively recruiting Graduate Support worker positions in a variety of locations across the country that will give you the opportunity to grow your professional skills and make a difference.
We are seeking those who have completed a degree in Social Care, Youth and Community Studies, Social Science and Psychology.

3. What does the recruitment process involve i.e. types of interview/assessments etc?
The interview process is a great opportunity for you to meet with the service/department manager and discuss your experience to date while also learning more about Depaul .
The organisation wants to get to know you and your values and motivations for applying.
The interview can vary with each role but typically there is one round of interviews face to face and is competency based.
4. What are the core skills you look for in a graduate?
Applicants should have relevant experience within the community and voluntary sector whether paid or voluntary.
Aligned with our values, applicants should have a compassion and willingness to change the lives of those affected by homelessness.
5. If you could give an applicant one piece of advice, what would it be?
