This is a permanent, full-time role that begins with a two-year graduate programme combining structured off-the-job learning with hands-on experience. From day one, you’ll contribute to real projects in one of our core business areas. Throughout the programme, you’ll build deep functional expertise in your chosen field, supported by experienced mentors and a close-knit graduate community.

Our EHS Programme
Environmental protection and keeping our people safe are at the heart of our operations at Kerry Dairy Ireland. We are recruiting several people that are hungry to learn and develop quickly into the next generation of environmental, health & safety experts in the industry.
You’ll rotate across different production sites and EHS functions, gaining broad exposure to the food and dairy manufacturing environment. . Throughout the programme, you’ll have a dedicated mentor to guide your career development and help you navigate opportunities and challenges.
What You Might Be Doing
You’ll be exposed to a variety of EHS responsibilities, including:
- Learning hands-on from experienced EHS professionals in real-world environments
- Supporting EHS managers in promoting a Safety First, Quality Always culture
- Conducting audits and inspections on environmental and safety systems
- Assisting with ISO14001, Hazard Identification, Safety Management Systems, PPC Permits, and Waste Management
- Building relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Travelling to multiple locations to gain exposure to different technologies, processes, and safety systems
- Contributing to sustainability initiatives and environmental protection efforts

- You’re on track for a degree in science, engineering, environmental studies, food, agriculture, social sciences, business or related fields
- You’re ambitious, curious, and can’t wait to put your talents into action
- You’re open-minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities
- You’re a graduate or a soon-to-be graduate
- You’re eligible to permanently work in Ireland
- You’re open to traveling and relocating
* Kerry Dairy Ireland Graduates must have permanent Right to Work in Europe or UK (for UK based roles) and be willing to relocate to other European countries during the program.
