What does a Tax Technology Consulting Graduate do?

  • Develop a unique blend of tax and technology skills through learning, shadowing, one-to-one mentoring, and training.
  • Work alongside experts in Data Analytics, Data Science, Gen AI, Technology, Tax, and Accounting on real-world projects for leading Irish and global clients
  • Engage with senior stakeholders & helping bridge the technology skills  gap in tax departments by demonstrating technology’s business value
  • Collaborate on brainstorming, designing & implementing new innovative solutions for our clients using Gen AI, ERP, and other enterprise systems to solve real-time tax issues from the EU to OECD - supporting client meetings, translating requirements, proactively identifying & researching problems presenting well prepared solutions & helping coordinate projects
  • Support new business proposals and presentations & contribute towards creating business deliverables such as process maps, requirement documents, roadmaps, data visualization dashboards using technologies such as PowerBi and Tableau, in addition to configured tax technology software solutions for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Academic Achievement: On track for, or have achieved, a 2.1 honors degree or higher.
  • Work Eligibility: Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland. 
  • An accounting/process/technology focused mindset.
  • Creative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A high level of self-motivation, energy, & intellectual curiosity
  • The ability to learn to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects & prioritising tasks.
