What Does a Technology Graduate Do?

  • Deliver industry insights, recommendations, and strategies to support cutting-edge technology implementation. 
  • Partner with clients to imagine, deliver, and run their digital future. 
  • Drive digital transformation by unlocking the potential of emerging technologies. 
  • Navigate complex, interconnected business and technical landscapes. 
  • Work in innovative teams such as Engineering, AI & Data, Oracle, SAP, Technology Strategy & Transformation, HR Technology, Cyber, and Data Privacy.

What Does a Transformation Graduate Do? 

  • Partner with clients to reimagine, transform, and optimize their businesses. 
  • Use industry insights, agile methodologies, and technology to solve complex challenges. 
  • Take an integrated and adaptive approach to business transformation.
  • Work in high-impact teams such as Operations Solutions, Finance Transformation, Supply Chain, and Human Capital.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Academic Achievement: On track for, or have achieved, a 2.1 honors degree or higher. 
  • Work Eligibility: Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland. 
  • Technology Graduate Skillset:
    • Level 8 degree in technical, business, or data-related fields.
    • Strong interest in technology and innovation.
    • Ability to work in teams, solve technical issues, and develop scalable solutions. 
  • Transformation Graduate Skillset:
    • Level 8 degree in business, finance, strategy, or a related field.
    • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strategic solutions for clients.
