Bring your talent. Learn new skills. Make a positive impact.

At PwC Ireland, we uncover hidden talents, build lifelong relationships, and turn challenges into opportunities. We redefine possibilities for our clients and communities, empowering you to make a meaningful impact that extends far beyond our firm.

As part of our team—whether in Assurance, Tax, Specialised Assurance Services, or Consulting & Deals—you’ll engage in impactful projects with leading clients across diverse industries, contributing to the shaping of tomorrow.

From your first day, you’ll be immersed in a collaborative and inclusive culture where your ideas lead to real-world solutions. Our graduate programme supports your growth at every stage, combining hands-on experience with structured learning, professional qualifications, and mentorship. This is your chance to grow, innovate, and contribute meaningfully as we work towards excellence together.

Application deadline: 29th October 2025

Role Overview:

Our graduate programme gives you formal training and mentoring, as well as practical experience on the job.  You will initially complete a comprehensive two weeks of training where you will get a strong understanding of the key skills required for the job, as well as getting to know your intake of other graduates in Strategy& and wider PwC Consulting. This will be followed up with regular training sessions over your career so you can continue to develop these skills.

After the initial two weeks training, you will immediately be immersed into the team and become a core part of project delivery teams. You will be responsible for delivering your own workstream on the project soon after settling into the team, while receiving support and guidance from the project team – ranging from Senior Associate up to Partner. From day 1, you will have the opportunity to contribute to discussions within internal meetings with senior team members, and will have your voice and opinions valued.

Typical Graduate responsibilities include:

  • Owning and delivering your own workstream, while receiving guidance and support from project team members.
  • Identifying relevant data sources and collecting, interpreting and analysing data to support delivery of the project outcomes.
  • Conducting interviews and deriving insight from qualitative inputs.
  • Presenting findings to team members, clients and other senior stakeholders.

All new joiners are each assigned a buddy who will be responsible for helping you settle in and be there to answer any questions you may have, as well as a career coach, who will serve as a mentor and support you to ensure you get the right projects and opportunities to develop and progress your career at Strategy&.

Who We’re Looking For:

Our Graduates join us from a range of backgrounds, but all are intellectually curious and highly motivated. We also look for people who bring something more to our work than their academic credentials. For example, the self-discipline and team-working skills or leadership qualities gained through work experience. You have a strong academic record and good analytical and problem solving skills (minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent).

As a Graduate, you’ll be able to exercise commercial awareness, analytical and interpersonal skills in your day-to-day work. Over time, you’ll build the confidence and credibility to present your opinions to clients and senior stakeholders.

Our commitment to you!

At PwC, we recognise that every graduate's journey is unique, and we're committed to supporting your professional growth with benefits that align with your lifestyle and aspirations. Our flexible benefits plan enables you to customise your package, ensuring it meets your individual needs.
