What Does a Technology Intern Do?
- Deliver industry insights, recommendations, and strategies to support cutting-edge technology implementation.
- Partner with clients to imagine, deliver, and run their digital future.
- Drive digital transformation by unlocking the potential of emerging technologies.
- Navigate complex, interconnected business and technical landscapes.
- Work in innovative teams such as Engineering, AI & Data, Technology Strategy & Transformation, Salesforce, and Architecture & Engineering.
What Does a Transformation Intern Do?
- Partner with clients to reimagine, transform, and optimize their businesses.
- Use industry insights, agile methodologies, and technology to solve complex challenges.
- Take an integrated and adaptive approach to business transformation.
- Work in high-impact teams such as Operations Solutions, Finance Transformation, Supply Chain, Human Capital, Product, Commercial and Brand & Marketing.
What we are looking for
- Academic Achievement: On track for, or have achieved, a 2.1 honors degree or higher.
- Work Eligibility: Legal right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
Technology Graduate Skillset:
- Pursing a level 8 degree in technical, business, or data-related fields.
- Strong interest in technology and innovation.
- Ability to work in teams, solve technical issues, and develop scalable solutions.
Transformation Graduate Skillset:
- Pursing a level 8 degree in business, finance, strategy, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strategic solutions for clients.
