About the Role:
The Airworthiness Support Engineer is an entry-level position within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). This role is ideal for individuals with a background in aircraft maintenance or a recent graduate in a related field, offering an opportunity to develop expertise in airworthiness management.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform continuing airworthiness management tasks under the guidance of a senior Airworthiness Engineer

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of safety management systems, ensuring strict adherence to STS CAME policies and procedures

Contribute to maintaining airworthiness standards, ensuring all documentation and compliance records are accurate and up-to-date
Essential Skills:
-
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Eagerness to learn and contribute positively to the CAMO team
-
Proficient in computer skills, with essential knowledge of MS Excel
-
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic and regulated work environment
Requirements:

A third-level degree in a relevant field, or
-
A Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence, or
-
A minimum of six months of experience in aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness is preferred

Candidates must have a current legal authorisation to work in the EU
