This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.

About The Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA)
The Aon Centre for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) provides advanced insurance research, analytics and business intelligence to Aon colleagues and clients globally. The ACIA in Dublin, along with our sister locations in Krakow and Singapore, are Aon’s three global Centres of Excellence where innovative data solutions are developed to serve the needs of internal colleagues, external clients and Aon’s partners.
What the ACIA Graduate Programme will look like
The ACIA Graduate Programme will commence in Summer 2025 (typically August) and has been designed to identify and support the development of key future talent. As such, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest, drive and potential to build a lasting career at Aon.
As a member of Aon’s Graduate ‘Launch’ programme, you will have the opportunity to participate in business sponsored projects and network with a large cohort of Graduates across the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. This will include programme kickoff in either our London office or another office in the EMEA region.
You will gain exposure to all aspects of our business through in-role learning opportunities, participation in Agile scrum-based projects and the opportunity to work with key partners across the Aon business, gaining knowledge and insight into our world of data and analytics.

Skills and experience that will lead to success – Business Analyst Role
Graduates or soon to be graduates in a third level qualification in an Analytical, IT, Physics, Mathematics or Business-related field are likely to be suited to this role, however, we will also consider candidates from all backgrounds that have demonstrated a hunger, desire and aptitude to work in this field. In addition to that, you will have:
- Understanding of AI technologies including Large Language Models
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with business partners, business owners and technical representatives in order to conduct analysis and to ensure deliverables meet the business’ needs
- Ability to work with closely with Product Owners to define business and technical requirements, work plans, estimates and other material that may be required to successfully plan project or product delivery
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum or Kanban project management methodologies
- Understanding of databases, data structures, tools and technologies
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with business and technical partners
- A keen eye for detail, and an ability to transform ambiguity into specific work items
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio, Sharepoint
- Comfortable exploring and working with data through SQL when required.
Skills and experience that will lead to success – Data Analyst Role
Graduates or soon to be graduates in a third level qualification in an Analytical, IT, Physics, Mathematics or Business-related field are likely to be suited to this role, however, we will also consider candidates from all backgrounds that have demonstrated a hunger, desire and aptitude to work in this field. In addition to that, you will have:
- Understanding of AI technologies including Large Language Models
- Expertise in analytics and data insights using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Trifacta etc.
- Experience in interrogating databases such as SQL Server, Snowflake, MySQL, Databricks etc.
- Partner management by supporting the business in delivering its objectives
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum or Kanban project management methodologies
- Understanding of databases, data structures, tools and technologies
- Innovation and generation of new products and tools.
Skills and experience that will lead to success – Data Science Analyst Role
Graduates or soon to be graduates in a third level qualification in an Analytical, IT, Physics, Mathematics or Business-related field are likely to be suited to this role, however, we will also consider candidates from all backgrounds that have demonstrated a hunger, desire and aptitude to work in this field. In addition to that, you will have:
- Understanding of AI technologies including Large Language Models
- Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups
- The ability to present complex ideas with data to expedite decision making
- A focus on problem solving, and the ability to prioritize effectively
- A curious mind with an ability to independently investigate challenges
- A strong interest in the world of risk, however no experience in the industry is required
- Knowledge in statistical modelling, hypothesis testing, and data analysis is preferable
- Awareness of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
- An interest in analyzing and manipulating large data sets
- Python or R programming knowledge is desired.
