Position Summary:

We are seeking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer to join our Graduate Development Program a two-year rotational program, where you will develop a wide array of technical skill sets.  

Success means mastering technical responsibilities through comprehensive training, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and consistently delivering innovative, high‑quality solutions.  

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Provide timely, high-quality support to Bentley users, helping them resolve technical issues and maximize the value of our products. 

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose software, network, and cloud-related challenges, learning from real-world scenarios. 

  • Collaborate with global teams to communicate product updates, system alerts, and best practices. 

  • Contribute knowledge bases, training sessions, and documentation, empowering users and colleagues alike. 

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and Bentley product innovations, continuously building your expertise. 

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in our products and processes, making a real impact from the start. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • A recent degree in Computer Science, Business Computing, Information Technology, or related field. 

  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting, networks, cloud services, and databases is an advantage. Willingness to learn new technologies is essential. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. 

  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. 

  • A collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn from and contribute to a global team. 

  • Initiative and curiosity, ready to embrace challenges and drive positive change.
