Your Opportunity; Asset Finance Lending Team

As a part of our Asset Finance Lending Team, you'll play a crucial role in processing and completing new and existing business proposals for your dedicated geographical area. This is not just a job; it's a chance to grow with us and develop into a key player in business lending.

What You’ll be Doing & Need Experience in:

• You will be processing new business proposals from Lending Directors, Brokers & Dealers, and our valued business customers for Commercial, Asset Finance and Motor Finance products.
• Managing customer queries with a focus on understanding and meeting their needs.
• Assisting in onboarding new dealers and brokers, building strong relationships along the way.
• Providing regular updates to Lending Directors, ensuring smooth communication and progression.
• Taking ownership of applications in line with our service level agreements and key performance indicators.
• Collaborating with the AF Sales Support Team and reporting to the AF Senior Lending Operations Manager for guidance and mentorship.

Key Competencies / Qualifications

• Experience – Minimum 12 months within similar role or working in a busy environment.
• Qualifications – Business degree or equivalent.
• Developing a strong knowledge of the business to contribute meaningfully.
• Proven track record in a financial environment showcasing your expertise.
• An interest in Finance with good attention to detail.
• Enjoy and have experience in a customer service role.
