Client Services Team

The Role

This role will suit a technically minded, customer-first individual who has a strong eye for detail and accuracy, enjoys problem solving, adheres to compliance procedures and seeks technical challenges. You will be an integral part of and contribute to effective record-keeping and reporting to our clients.

What you will do

Provide information, client maintenance and undertake tasks in response to a combination of workflow relating to both existing and new clients. You will be responsible for amending and maintaining accurate customer/company records, handling sensitive and complex issues in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that service standards are maintained, and that legislative requirements are complied with.

You will be highly proficient in the use of technology and CRM system to assist the business workflow; data updates, financial transactions, maintaining comprehensive client files, meeting preparation and customer service tasks.

You will follow processes and procedures to ensure service level agreements are maintained and where appropriate, enhanced in line with professional, regulatory and legal requirements.

Essential skills

Strong analytical skills, ability to deliver solutions following documented processes and high level of competency using digital systems available. Diligent and conscientious about the accuracy of your work, with excellent attention to detail.

Highly organised and dependable, with the ability to prioritise variety of work and deliver within expected timeframes and a can do attitude.

Strong commination skills – written and verbal.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work independently and as part of a larger group with our partner organisations.

Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adherence to deadlines.

Knowledge of pension / investment arrangements and business processing.
