Community and Content Executive

The Role

Join our growing team at Cubicle 7 Entertainment! We have a global audience who are passionate about table top roleplaying and we are looking for someone with a passion for social media content and community engagement to help us reach even more gamers, and would be gamers!

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator with Community management experience who’ll create new socials content, lead on customer engagement and inspire our TTRPG audience across all our social media accounts and wider.

Responsibilities:

• Establish an authentic brand voice across all our social media channels building on our relationship with customers
• Develop engaging content for our social media (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and YouTube) in house and with external partners and influencers
• Monitor our social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
• Lead on wider digital media community engagement on Kickstarter, Twitch, Reddit, Discord and other relevant platforms.
• Analyze social media data to track performance and inform future content strategy
• Keep us up to date with the latest social media trends

You will -

• Have 2 years plus experience of content creation, preferably in a creative environment, plus have some experience of managing online communities
• Have a good eye for graphic design, and the skills to use Creative Cloud tools to turn ideas into engaging content
• Be familiar with digital marketing techniques and tools
• Have excellent photo and video skill including editing and effects
• Be able to write engaging captions, calls to action and engage with our audience online
• Be a self starter who can work alongside the wider team and can demonstrate good organisational and time-management skills
• Have a passion for gaming
• Have a can do attitude and bring lots of energy to the role - we are in the business of fun!
• Experience of working within brand guidelines desirable
