About the Programme

As a Deal Advisory Graduate in Dublin, you’ll join one of the largest and most active deal teams in Ireland, working on some of the country’s most high-profile and complex transactions.

From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting real deals — from mergers and acquisitions to major infrastructure projects — helping organisations make strategic decisions and shape their future.

You’ll work with a wide range of clients, including leading corporates, global investors, banks and public sector organisations, giving you real insight into how deals are done.

Our work spans M&A, M&A - energy transition sector focus, Debt Advisory, Valuations, Infrastructure, Sustainable Futures and Data Analytics, giving you the chance to explore different areas and build a broad skillset.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for bright individuals who are ready to learn, bring energy to a team, and grow into a professional, client-facing role.

• Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
• On track for a minimum 2.1 college results
• Someone who shows initiative through work, study or extracurriculars
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
