About the Programme
As a Graduate in Dublin, you’ll join Ireland’s largest Deal Advisory team, with 600+ professionals working on some of the country’s most high-profile transactions.
From day one, you’ll gain experience supporting both major deals and business turnaround projects — helping organisations improve performance, restructure and rebuild for the future.
You’ll work with a wide range of clients, including leading corporates, global banks, public sector organisations and private equity investors, giving you exposure to how complex deals and transformations happen in real time.
As a recognised market leader, you’ll be part of a team shaping some of Ireland’s biggest business moments.
What it’s like to work here
A typical week might include:
- Collaborating with your team on client projects
- Engaging with clients and learning how businesses operate
- Developing technical and professional skills

- Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
- On track for a minimum 2.1 college results
- Someone who shows initiative through work, study or extracurriculars
- Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
