The Office of Public Works (OPW) is the lead agency in coordinating flood risk management policy, the flood relief capital programme and the technical assessment of coastal change risks in Ireland.
The OPW now requires Engineers Grade III (Civil) to support its flood risk management programme. Vacancies currently exist in OPW’s offices in Trim, Co. Meath. A panel will be formed from this competition to fill future vacancies that are likely to arise across OPW’s Flood Risk Management Services regional offices in Cork, Donegal, Dublin, Galway, Kilkenny, Limerick, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Sligo, Westmeath and Wexford.
