As a Graduate Field Service Engineer, you’ll be out in the field supporting the installation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems, working alongside experienced engineers and learning as you go. This is not a desk-based role — it’s a chance to build practical skills, solve real problems, and gain confidence working with customers.
You’ll get exposure to modern, energy-efficient technologies including heat pumps, playing a part in the shift towards more sustainable solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting service, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems
- Learning how to diagnose faults and deliver practical solutions
- Working on customer sites across Ireland
- Developing your technical and problem-solving skills
