We are now looking to hire an FP&A Graduate to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 3 years, starting in September 2024.

Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

This role will work within the Manufacturing Overhead and Compensation and Benefits (MOH) team on a two-and-a-half-year graduate training program. The main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Responsible for month end/period end reconciliation of MOH sector costs and variances.
  • Responsible for reconciliation to Reporting and Flowthrough models.
  • Prepare actuals/forecast/plan analysis templates.
  • Support HQ MOH analyst in actuals tracking, recurring monthly journals.
  • Support Plant analyst with headcount tracking for Front Line Operations
  • Prepare and issue monthly actual reports to budget holders
  • Process improvement, testing and validation of new functionality and reports
  • Gain a good understanding of the Power BI tool and be able to support with the refresh of the data each month.
  • Support with Ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

  • Ability to participate in a high performing team
  • Good attention to detail.

Additional Desired Criteria:

  • Strong systems experience – Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite including AFO.
  • Demonstrated track record of academic success.
