Are you ready for a challenge? Our PepsiCo Ireland Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates who want to take their careers a step further. All our Graduate Programs are 2 years except for Finance which is a 3 year program to allow you pursue your professional Accountancy qualification.

Since opening our first concentrate manufacturing plant in Little Island, Cork with approximately 30 employees in 1974, PepsiCo’s presence has since grown significantly. We now employ more than 1,000 people across Ireland and have additional manufacturing and R&D facilities. Today we have manufacturing facilities in Little & Carrigaline as well as R&D in Little Island, our PepsiCo Global Concentrate Head Office in Eastgate and our Commercial offices in Dublin.

Our PepsiCo products are enjoyed by consumers more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world. Our beverage and convenient foods portfolio include Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Gatorade, Pepsi-Cola, Mountain Dew, Quaker, and SodaStream.

Graduate Programme

Are you ready for a challenge? Our PepsiCo Ireland Graduate Program is designed for recent graduates who want to take their careers a step further. All our Graduate Programmes are 2 years except for Finance which is a 3 year program to allow you pursue your professional Accountancy qualification.

In our rotational programs you will develop your skills through working with various business teams, supported by professional training, a mentor to guide you and a network of other graduates to learn and have fun with!

We hire across Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and R&D for our Cork sites and for IT in our Cork & Dublin sites.

As a PepsiCo Ireland Graduate you will:

Intern Program

You’ve learned a lot as a student - here’s your opportunity to put it to work. Our intern program is structured to give you opportunities to make a real-world impact on some of the world’s biggest brands. From day one, you’ll be working on projects that matter. You’ll shake things up, shape trends, and get guidance to help you push your horizons.

Our Intern Program starts between January & March each year and typically runs for 6 to 9 months.
We do hire for additional Interns in August/September time for our Finance function.

Applications for our 2023 Intern Program will open from the 5th – 9th of September. Interviews & medical/references will take place between the 20th & 23rd of September. All our roles will be advertised here on gradireland as well as through your colleges & our pepsicojobs.com careers site.
