Since opening our first concentrate manufacturing plant in Little Island, Cork with approximately 30 employees in 1974, PepsiCo Ireland has evolved significantly. Today, with over 1,000 employees across Ireland and multiple manufacturing and R&D facilities, PepsiCo are a key player in the food and beverage industry. Graduate Programme Highlights

Are you ready for a challenge? Look at what you can expect from the program:

  • Duration: Our Graduate Programs are 2 years, with the exception of Finance which is 3 years to accommodate pursuit of professional accountancy qualifications.
  • Rotational Experience: Dive into various business teams through our rotational programs, supported by professional training, mentorship, and a network of fellow graduates.
  • Skills Development: Progress through specially curated Pep University Degreed Programs, broaden your skill set, and gain first-hand knowledge of our business operations through our guest speakers and in person trainings.
  • Personal Mentor: Each Grad is matched with their own mentor. Mentors support our graduates in any way that they can, from offering career advice to assisting with navigating challenges, as well as giving them an insight into company culture at PepsiCo.

We hire across Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Health and Safety, HR and R&D for our Cork sites and for IT in our Cork & Dublin sites.

Internship Opportunities:

Ready to put your academic learnings into action? Our structured Intern Program empowers you to make real-world impacts from day one. Join us between January and March for a 6 to 9-month immersive experience.

We hire Interns across Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Health and Safety, HR, IT and R&D for our Cork sites

Applications for our 2025 Intern & Graduate Program open from September 2024. Interviews and selection processes will occur between September and October 2024. All our roles will be advertised here on gradireland as well as through your colleges & our www.pepsicojobs.com careers site.
