PepsiCo Finance Graduate Programme is 3 year program designed for high potential graduate students, just like you, into real life business impact roles – with the goal to best prepare you for a successful future. We are now looking to hire a Finance Graduate to join the team in Cork, Ireland starting next year for the duration of 3 years, starting in September 2025.

- We are the concentrate team in PepsiCo (PGCS) working across the Beverage, Nutrition and Snacks categories to deliver concentrate for many of PepsiCo’s mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.
- We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for our brands.
- We are a global organisation, situated in 15 locations across 6 countries offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity of working within the Controls and Reporting team on a 36month graduate training programme. Here you will train as a Qualified Accountant through a recognized accountancy body and gain sufficient relevant experience at PepsiCo to complement your studies.
The role of the Finance Graduate Accountant is to provide support to the Controls and Reporting team in delivering high level accounting, business and process support to customers as well as delivering real time, accurate and relevant information within a customer focus environment.
Specific Tasks Include:
- Proactively manage cashflow responsibilities for the business
- Support the month end/period end close as required.
- Co-Ordinate and assist in quarterly balance sheet review.
- Support the Month end & Advertising & Marketing reporting.
- Actively participate in projects (such as process improvements), to drive efficiencies and assist in the delivery of objectives.
What do I need to apply?
- Accounting degree or equivalent
- Excellent analytical skills including high degree of proficiency in excel
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong team player with effective teamwork skills
- Results oriented and commitment to achieving objectives
- Self-starter with ability to work autonomously, as well as being flexible
