About the Role:

Our Financial Advisory practice is at the forefront of significant transactions with major Irish clients. We offer a full spectrum of services, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Due Diligence, Valuation, Debt Advisory, Turnaround & Restructuring, and Forensics. You’ll work alongside industry leaders, gaining sector-specific knowledge and deal insights that will set you on a path to a successful career.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Dynamic Project Work: Engage in project-based assignments across a wide range of industries, where no two days are the same.
  • Financial Analysis & Investigation: Dive deep into financial data, carrying out in-depth analysis and investigations that uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
  • Client Engagement: Contribute to the preparation of detailed reports for clients, financial institutions, and external bodies, and collaborate closely with senior personnel on high-profile, complex transactionsOffice location: Hybrid based in Dublin.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • You should have the expectation of achieving a minimum 2.1 honours in your final degree.
  • Motivation to pursue a career in your chosen area and professional services.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage change.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.

What We Offer:

  • Holiday: 21 days (pro-rated), plus 1 additional ‘Deloitte Day’ and all Irish public holidays.
  • Hybrid working: Office work encouraged for learning, with hybrid support.
  • Compressed working week: Early Friday finish (2 PM) during June, July, and August.
  • Community involvement: Eligible to participate in activities like IMPACT Day and mentoring.
