From day one graduates will develop cross functional skills and gain international business exposure through our integrated learning approach.

The General Insurance Graduate Programme is a three-year programme where graduates will have the opportunity to work in operational areas such as Sales, Marketing, Claims, Compliance and Organisational Development.

Alongside achieving relevant professional qualifications (APA certification), you will experience four rotations tailored to your interests and capabilities, including a 6/9 month international assignment in one of our global entities.

What we are looking for

Minimum requirements

  • Achieved or expected 2:1 in Business, Law, Insurance, Finance or related disciplines
  • Hold full authorisation to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for minimum of 36 month period

**This role is subject to Minimum Competency Code (“MCC”) as provided for by the Central Bank of Ireland. A recognised insurance qualification may be required for this position. Appointment to this role will be subject to the requirements provided for by the Central Bank of Ireland. This includes the requirements provided for by the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023. The successful candidate will be provided with the relevant Conduct Standards (including Additional Conduct Standards) training, where required.
