A Graduate AI Agent Developer supports the design and development of intelligent, automated agents that streamline processes and enhance decision making across the organisation. The role focuses on turning real business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable efficiency and improved user experiences. Working closely with technical and operational teams, the developer ensures that agents are reliable, compliant, and aligned to organisational goals. This role adds value by accelerating digital transformation and enabling teams to work smarter through safe and effective solutions.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- A foundational understanding/interest in artificial intelligence concepts, including large language models, prompt engineering, data handling, and responsible AI principles, with the ability to apply them in practical scenarios.
- Basic programming or scripting capability, along with the ability to work with APIs, structured data, and workflow automation tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down business processes and identify where AI agents can add value.
- Good communication and documentation skills, ensuring clear handover of logic, requirements, and agent behavior to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn modern AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or equivalent low code and pro code tools, and to stay updated on safe, compliant AI development practices.
Education & Qualifications
A relevant degree OR equivalent practical experience (placements, internships, project work). For regulated roles, specify accredited programmes as required.
Any 3rd level qualification would be suitable if the candidate displayed the desired skills above; commonly, degrees are in Business, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Psychology.
