Role Overview
As a Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer, you will play an essential role in supporting project delivery across the full project lifecycle — from conceptual design through to construction documentation and site support. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to apply academic knowledge in a real-world consultancy environment and develop technical competencies under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with civil and structural engineering design tasks using industry-standard software.

Prepare and develop engineering drawings, design calculations, and technical documentation.

Contribute to the preparation of design reports, specifications, and compliance assessments.

Support project teams in design coordination meetings with senior engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

Help maintain project quality and ensure compliance with statutory standards and company procedures.

Participate in site visits and assist with on-site engineering support as required.

Engage with internal and external teams to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
-
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or closely related discipline.

Strong technical foundation in structural and civil engineering principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Revit/AutoCAD or other design/BIM tools is advantageous.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
