Job Description Summary

We are recruiting a Graduate Embedded Software Engineer to work with the design and manufacturing groups to develop robust, sustainable products that meet customer expectations and are cost-effective to manufacture. The Embedded Software Engineer is responsible for providing software design, implementation, and testing of embedded software for medical devices to safely deliver fluids and medications to patients.

Main Responsibilities/ Duties

  • Write specifications and designs
  • Implement software to the design, debug and investigate faults
  • Perform Development, Unit Testing, Static Analysis and code reviews and document them in the appropriate reports.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements for R&D resulting in cost reduction or process efficiencies and implement actions.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Software Engineering or Computer Science at 2:1 or greater
  • Knowledge of C, C++, C# is essential.
  • Computer literacy (PC, Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project)
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with others in team environment; effective interactions with technical personnel

Salary Range Information

€35,700.00 - €54,450.00 EUR Annual

The salary or hourly rate offered to a successful candidate is determined by their experience, education, and skills, as well as the labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the work location.
