Graduate Engineer – Energy Operations & Performance

Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate engineer to gain hands-on experience in the operational side of renewable energy. The successful candidate will work within the Remote Operations Centre, supporting the monitoring, coordination and analysis of operational assets.
Full training and mentoring will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live operational data from wind/renewable assets and identify performance issues
- Support the scheduling and coordination of maintenance and repair activities with contractors and OEMs
- Log, track and analyse faults and operational events
- Assist with forecasting asset availability and production performance
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
- Undertake technical analysis of asset performance, including downtime and energy production
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Energy, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Full driving licence
