Our selection process is designed to be fair, transparent, and engaging. It typically includes the following steps:

  1. Online Assessment – Candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment during the first week of November 2025.
  2. In-Person Assessment Centre – Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an in-person assessment day at our Dublin office, expected to take place towards the end of November or in the first half of December.

Please note that physical attendance at the Assessment Centre is required to be considered for the Graduate Programme.
