Health and Safety Consultant (Graduate)

The Role

OLM Consultancy is a Health and Safety Consultancy based in Dublin city centre. We have been providing Health and Safety consultancy services for 29 years in both the construction sector and for clients requiring occupational health and safety advise. We have a wide range of high profile clients both in the public and private sectors. We provide services such as Project Supervisor Design Process, Project Supervisor Construction Stage Advisory Services, Health and Safety Consultancy services including conducting of Health and Safety Audits, preparation of Health and Safety Documentation such as Safety Statements, Method Statements, etc.

We currently have a vacancy for a Health and Safety Graduate to join our team. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to gain experience working on a wide range of construction projects from healthcare to educational and retail to commercial based projects. This candidate will be exposed to projects from the commencement to completion. Experience will be gained in the compliance of ISO standard ISO 9001 :2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018.

The successful applicant will be required to have the following:

• Good communication skills and be able to work as part of a team
• Good understanding of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Outlook.
• Be self motivated
• Experience is preferred but not essential
• Be very familiar with and up to date on all Health and Safety regulations and legal requirements.
• Be familiar with ISO 9001 quality system, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001:2018
• Be capable of keeping records
