HR Internship
We are seeking a
HR Intern for an initial
9-month-12-month internship for the Human Resources
department.
During this internship, the intern will
become a part of the existing HR team and will report to the HR Director.
This internship will provide the intern with experience across all aspects of the Human
Resources function within the firm. In addition, the intern will have their own HR administration tasks and
responsibilities. We have a range of ongoing and upcoming HR
initiatives and projects which the intern
will be a part of.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of the recruitment & selection process including
drafting job specifications and adverts to participating in the interviews
and providing feedback to candidates. - Maintaining the Recruitment Mailbox.
- Maintenance of HR database and administration of systems along with
employee files. - Administration of employee benefits and co-ordination of wellbeing
initiatives - Implementation and maintenance of employee policies and procedures.
- Project work as required.

Essential
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- The candidate should bring a positive attitude and self-starting
ability with the aptitude to take ownership of tasks and projects as
required and see them through to completion. - Third-Level Honours Degree in Human Resources or relevant
discipline (CIPD). - Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
