In this internship, you will be immersed in the
multifaceted world of HR within Edwards' Vacuum Technique business area. You
will contribute to daily HR operations, support the employee lifecycle from

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • ·       Accurately
    maintaining confidential employee records and ensuring compliance with data
    protection standards.

    with candidates, and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.
  • ·       Contributing
    to employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace

    HR administrative tasks such as data management, preparation of reports, and
    record keeping to ensure efficient HR functions.
  • ·       Participating
    in coordination and delivery of training sessions and development programs.
  • ·       Helping
    update and communicate HR policies in alignment with company standards and
    evolving regulations.
  • ·       Responding
    empathetically to routine employee queries, providing clear information, and
    escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • ·       Collaborating
    on internal communications aimed at strengthening employee awareness and
    engagement.

    general administrative support to various HR projects to guarantee their
    successful completion.
