We are seeking a passionate and motivated Inclusion & Wellbeing Intern to join our team for 12 months. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and employee wellbeing initiatives. The intern will support various projects and programmes aimed at enhancing our inclusive culture and promoting the overall wellbeing of our employees.

About the Role:

  • Support the planning and delivery of events, workshops, and training sessions related to DEI and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for internal communications and social media.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Inclusion & Wellbeing team and our Inclusion Networks, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, room set-up, catering arrangements, preparing materials, etc.
  • Source and work with external vendors and facilitators to support our programmes.
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of data to measure the effectiveness of DEI and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Conduct research on best practices in inclusion and wellbeing and provide recommendations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance our inclusion and wellbeing strategies.

About you:

  • Strong interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
  • Highly engaged, proactive and motivated individual.
  • Excellent organisation skills and first rate attention to detail.
  • Strong presentation skills and eager to develop their facilitation skills.
  • Good communicator who keeps team/leads informed of progress as well as escalation of any issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Prior experience or coursework related to DEI and wellbeing is a plus.

This is a Dublin based role. When events are running, usually several days a week, there will be a need to be onsite in our Dublin offices for the full day to support the team with our programmes and events. Outside of these events and in-person team meetings, there is significant flexibility to work from home.
