Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for creating thousands of client schedules using excel and PowerPoint
• Prepare other bespoke PowerPoint presentation slides for prospective and existing clients
• Provide support to senior consultants on a variety of client queries
• Liaise with wider team, including DFP management team to assist with projects as they arise
• Create and communicate investment trade orders for different funds and providers
• Review and align existing client portfolios with their investment goals
• Perform some data analysis in excel to manage large lists of client accounts

• Strong attention to detail to support the accurate creation of our client schedule packs
• Desire to develop internal business and external client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and to be a good team player
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
• Excel VBA is a plus, but not necessary
