• Structure: you will be hired on a permanent contract, beginning with a 2-year rotational programme. You will complete two rotations across different Legal teams.
• Location: you will be based in Naas - Ireland. Please note that you may be required to travel and/or relocate as part of your rotations.

Our Graduate Programme: Your First Step Towards Leadership

The programme combines:

• Rotations: complete two main rotations over the 2-year programme, building breadth of exposure and readiness for future leadership roles.

Your Legal Journey at Kerry

As a Legal Graduate, you’ll gain exposure to the teams that help Kerry operate responsibly, protect its reputation and safeguard the ideas, technologies and brands that support our growth. You’ll learn how legal, compliance and intellectual property work connects to real business decisions in a fast-moving, global environment.

Across your rotations, you’ll build hands-on experience , working with experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams. You’ll develop your judgement, strengthen your analytical thinking and learn how to translate legal and regulatory requirements into practical guidance that helps the business make confident, responsible decisions.

You could gain exposure to areas including:

• Ethics, compliance and business integrity
• Anti-corruption, sanctions, anti-money laundering, fair competition and conflicts of interest
• Risk identification, policy interpretation and practical guidance
• Investigations, issue analysis and remediation planning
• Intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyright
• Innovation protection, competitive intelligence and brand support
• Cross-functional project work with Legal, Compliance, IP, R&D, Commercial and wider business teams

What We’re Looking For

• You’re a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent in Law, Legal Studies, Business, Compliance, Intellectual Property, or a related discipline
• You’re ambitious, open-minded and ready to learn through hands-on, lab-based work and real customer innovation projects
• You’re fluent in English and ideally another language
• You’re excited by science, technology and new ways of working, and keen to use data, digital tools and AI thoughtfully to improve how products are developed, tested and scaled
• You’re eligible to work permanently in Europe
• You’re open to travel and relocation as part of the programme
