We're thrilled to announce the launch of our next cohort of the highly successful KPMG Graduate Programme for Autumn 2025! As a graduate based in Dublin, you’ll engage in meaningful work in our Management Consulting practice with a cohort of fellow graduates. From business strategy to processes, people and technology, organisational change and transformation, we work in partnership with our clients on complex programmes, bringing market leading expertise and capability
If the below sounds like you, we hope you’ll apply!
- Current undergraduate student in your final year at an accredited university or current master’s student at (graduating in 2025) at an accredited university from any degree discipline
- Irish/EU/UK citizen or completing a master’s degree at a university in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland (eligible for Irish Graduate Scheme)
- Minimum 2.1 current university results
- Demonstrated leadership and/or university involvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role
