Associates, a leading firm of Mechanical & Electrical Consulting Engineers
based in Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18 (just off the M50), is currently
seeking a motivated Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, with Auto-Cad / Revit MEP, to join our
expanding team.
This in-office role offers
an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of bespoke building services
design projects. We specialise in high-end bespoke residential homes, hotels,
healthcare facilities, retail spaces, and multi-purpose developments for
commercial and private clients.
What
You’ll Do
- Assist
with the design and installation of the Mechanical & Electrical
services for projects - Collaborate with engineers and the wider
design team and learn to take an active hands-on role in the management of
projects from within the office and on-site. - Go out to Sites, to attend meetings and do photographic records/inspections
- Assist in the preparation of detailed building
services drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP. - Gain experience to eventually deal directly
with the clients and contractors to bring projects to completion - Work on projects across a range of sectors
including: -
- One-off bespoke homes
- Residential and commercial developments
- Offices and retail spaces
- Hotels, pubs, and restaurants
- Healthcare facilities
What
We’re Looking For
- A
proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to learn quickly - Strong communication skills with the ability
to work independently and as part of a team - A keen eye for detail and a desire to develop
technical knowledge - Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit

Previous experience in a Building Services role is advantageous

Excellent verbal and written communication
skills
