Reports To: Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Duration: 3 months

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveying Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers hands-on experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and project financial management within the construction industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals on real-world projects, gaining valuable insights into the commercial and contractual aspects of construction.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any other relevant software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
