Join us at the forefront of clean energy innovation, where we’re turning breakthrough solid oxide fuel cell technology into real-world solutions.

As a Research Associate, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our technology to life. Working closely with our R&D and engineering teams, you’ll be involved in building, testing, and refining fuel cell systems—from lab-scale experiments to fully integrated reactor prototypes.

This is a practical, fast-paced role where no two days look the same. You’ll assemble and operate test rigs, run experiments, analyse performance data, and help iterate designs as we move from research to commercial deployment.

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background—ideally in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or a related field—who enjoys working in the lab and isn’t afraid to get hands-on. Prior experience with experimental work, hardware, or energy systems is a big plus.

If you’re excited by the idea of building real technology that could reshape the energy landscape, and want to be part of a team moving quickly from concept to impact, we’d love to hear from you.
