Your Launchpad to Success:

Successful candidates should be studying a degree or masters in:

  • Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, Civil etc)
  • IT
  • Finance
  • Business

We value competencies that drive our industry forward:

  • Teamwork: Develop and nurture pivotal relationships.
  • Communication: Articulate your thoughts with clarity and conviction.
  • Analytical Skills: Showcase your numerical acumen.
  • Technical Ability: Excel in Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel.

Applications (CV and cover letter) should include the following information:

  • A full breakdown of results per subject/per year of study to date
  • Details of projects undertaken during studies to date
  • An outline of how you anticipate using your skills in a commercially run regulated business
  • An outline of why you would like to join EirGrid

Following a screening process, successful candidates will be invited to complete an automated video interview through our partners Cammio. Following this, successful candidates will be invited to a final stage interview with a member of the Early Talent Recruitment team and a Hiring Manager.
