About the KPMG Graduate Programme
We're thrilled to announce the launch of our next cohort of the highly successful KPMG Graduate Programme for Autumn 2026! As a graduate based in Dublin, you’ll engage in meaningful work in our Tax Transformation & Technology practice. Developments in technology impact every aspect of our daily lives from how we communicate with each other to how we travel, how we work, how we pay for goods and services. A natural consequence of developments in technology is that it will continue to impact on how taxes are calculated, collected and reported to tax authorities. Modern businesses and tax authorities such as Revenue are wholly reliant on technology. KPMG’s Tax Transformation & Technology team works with leading Irish and Global clients across all industries to leverage technology as part of their tax compliance activities.

Depending on your educational background and professional interests, you will be supported in one of the following 3.5-year graduate pathways:
ACA Training Contract – Chartered Accountants Qualification
Join our ACA programme and work towards becoming a Chartered Accountant. Our exam pass rates consistently exceed the national average by 10–30%, ranking us #1 in Ireland. In 2024, we achieved a 100% pass rate, with multiple team members placing in the top ten nationally.
Master’s in Data Analytics – Part-Time Study
Combine practical experience with academic advancement by pursuing a part-time Master’s in Data Analytics while working with us. This pathway is ideal for those looking to deepen their technical expertise in a rapidly evolving field.
Direct Entry – Immediate Industry Experience
Prefer to dive straight into the professional world? Our direct entry route allows you to begin contributing immediately, without committing to a level 9 qualification. You will still pursue technical qualifications to build and support your career throughout your training contact.

- Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline
- Minimum 2.1 current university results
- Background in technology is useful, however not a pre-requisite; a passion for technology is the most important determinant of success
- Demonstrated leadership and/or university involvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role
How will you make an impact?
The Tax Transformation & Technology team provide our clients with assurance on tax compliance, through the use of technology (Data Analytics) and support on the management of tax compliance in finance systems. You will gain experience and training in working in the following areas:
- You will learn how to develop, deploy leading tools and techniques, and how to interpret our client’s data to provide them with insights on their financial performance and processes.
- By working and training with Tax Transformation & Technology, you will discover it’s not all about technology, it is about how technology enables business and business processes.
- How to work in global multidisciplinary teams on projects that include tax, IT, operations and finance professionals.
- You will emerge equipped with a rounded mix of financial, technology and data analytics capabilities – skills for life for the modern professional.

By working and training with the Tax Transformation and Technology team, you will discover it is not all about technology, it is about how technology enables business and supports business processes. We are seeking graduates from both STEM and non-STEM backgrounds who are looking to gain business and tax experience; become specialised in tax data management, technology and automation; and gain experience in the development and execution of data analytics.
