Our New Graduate Learning & Development Programme has been designed to help you build and master the essential skills to perform at your best. You will learn more about yourself and your values, building your resilience, communicating with confidence, how to be an effective and influential team member and much more.

We will also help you to create and build an exiting career path beyond your graduate programme.

Volunteer Together We believe in making positive contributions to life in Ireland. We invest in initiatives that promote fundraising and volunteering to benefit local lives. Our social impact is our key focus and through ‘AIB Together’ partnerships we are backing initiatives such as Social Entrepreneurship together with Food Cloud and Soar. As part of our AIB together programme, each employee is entitled to two volunteering days per year.

At AIB, your wellbeing matters to us. Our wellbeing programmes support you at work and at home.

We have a network of 180 advocates across AIB who are passionate about wellbeing and who are here to support you.

Our programmes and wellbeing initiatives take a strategic and holistic approach to workplace, working from home and your mental/physical health. We offer gym membership discounts, virtual activity classes, and an Employee Assistance Programme. This coupled with an active sports and social club ensures that all our people have the right support when needed.

While Covid-19 continues to have a significant impact on our lives, AIB has adapted to new ways of working. Our Covid-19 hub offers information, tools and resources to support your physical health, mental health and wellbeing as we adapt to the changing situation.
