Bord Bia International Graduate Programme
The Bord Bia International Graduate Programme offers students a Masters in Global Business Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, while also placing graduates on paid learning assignments with Bord Bia's network of overseas and Irish offices.
The programme offers invaluable market experience to graduates, which can act as a foundation for a successful career in the food and drinks sector. The programmes combine on-the-job experiential learning and academic study leading to a UCD Smurfit Business School accredited Masters Qualification.

Who is this programme for?
We’re looking for graduates from any discipline with a Level 8 degree on the NFQ Framework and a minimum of 2:1 (expected or attained).
Above that, we want to hear from you if you have a passion for the Irish food and drink industry and can demonstrate that you are resilient, motivated, hardworking, and a team player.
Languages are a plus on this programme as about 30% of the intake will need a second language if based in one of our international offices. There are however English-speaking opportunities both in Dublin and internationally.
Programme Structure
You will complete 8 modules over the course of the 24 month programme to earn an MSc in Global Business Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Lectures will be delivered in blocks throughout the 24 programme either online or in-person.
You will complete group or individual assignments in the months following each block release and submit these assignments online. There are no exams.
This academic portion of the programme will be blended with your learning assignment based in a Bord Bia office which will involve on-the-job learning to put the theory into practice.
