The programme offers invaluable market experience to graduates, which can act as a foundation for a successful career in the food sector. The programmes combine on-the-job experiential learning and academic study leading to a UCD Smurfit Business School accredited Masters Qualification.

The programme is 24-months in duration.
Who is this programme for?
We’re looking for graduates from any discipline with a Level 8 degree on the NFQ Framework and a minimum of 2:2 (expected or attained).
Above that, we want graduates that have a passion for the Irish food and drink industry. We also want graduates that are resilient, motivated, hardworking, and team players
Languages are a plus on this programme as about 30% of the intake will need a second language if based in one of our international offices. There are however English speaking opportunities both in Dublin and internationally.

Placement with a Bord Bia office in Dublin or overseas
Academic block release in Dublin
